Led end-to-end deployment of operational playbooks, training materials, and implementation tools across a national network. Coordinated cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, HR, Internal Comms). Built a Python automation tool generating 1,900 print-ready PDFs (35,000 badges), saving 320–630 hours.
